I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of a charming city. The location is unbeatable, situated on the main shopping street of Lucca, close to everything. The building has an old feel to it, with what would have been living space turned into extra bedrooms. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a private external bathroom just across the hall. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing great tips on local attractions and restaurants.
All was fine during my stay.

No aspect needs improvement.

The hotel is located on the busy shopping street of this city, which is great for exploring. The common areas and our room were clean and well-maintained. The staff was informative and helpful, and the breakfast had a good variety of fresh fruits, yoghurt, and toast.
Nothing not too like.

Perfect location in the heart of the old town with limited traffic, and close to the bars and restaurants. Breakfast was included and had a variety of food such as ham, cheese, jams, cereals, fruit. , there were cups and coffee/tea provided in the rooms, a shared kitchen area, and a little seating area.
The lighting in the stairs was a bit poor. , the B&B is unmanned, so contacting someone for help or details can be a challenge.

The hotel was very well located in the center of this beautiful medieval town. It was close to the train station, on the busy shopping street and only minutes from most tourist attractions. Our room was small but cozy, with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. We enjoyed the variety of breakfast items served and the helpful staff who recommended us some great restaurants nearby!
The lack of elevator made it difficult to get to our room, especially with heavy luggage.
